Back on Track...

Hello,
So sorry for the delay in updating the blog, September has been a bit hectic for us here at the barn.  Between vacations and school starting back we had a lot of juggling to do, but it seems now that we are getting out of those last lazy days of summer and into the swing of things we will be a tad more organized for fall ; )  Soooo, just to keep everyone in the loop we are going to be closed this Saturday (September 17th) but the following (September 24th) will be a sale day.  In the meantime, we have a lot of shopping to do and we will be getting the barn all decked out for the season.  If anyone has a specific item that they have been on the lookout for, feel free to comment and we will add it to our wish list.  For those who don't know, we have a wish list at the barn where our customers can jot down items that they have been wanting and their contact info and if we come across them while shopping we buy them for the barn and let them know we found their wish list item!  That way they can come to our sale and see if it is exactly what they wanted and purchase if they'd like.  Good idea right?   I will be posting pics of new items as we get them in, so stay tuned because we have lots of cute ideas brewing for halloween!

OPEN Tomorrow!

Just a reminder for everyone that we ARE OPEN tomorrow from 9-4. All of our summer pieces will be marked down and after this week they will be off the floor to make room for our new fall pieces! Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Good to be back....

It was so nice being back at the barn yesterday and seeing everyone. I must say I missed not being here last weekend, the new schedule is going to take some getting used to. Now that we have all this extra time in between sale days we are going to start gearing up for fall (I know I can't believe I'm saying that with another month of summer left) but it's true. We will probably start marking many of our summer pieces down for an end of summer clearance sale, so make sure you come out on August 13th, you won't want to miss out on some great deals. Also, we will post some pics up really soon of our current works in progress so stay tuned :) Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Pretty Perfect Porches

Sooo, while we have some extra time here at the barn, we were thinking of giving our porch a little makeup, just to freshen her up a little.  Here are some pretty inspiration photos we found.  Which ones do you like?  I think I'm smitten with the puppy porch, everything about that porch is adorable-I especially love the hanging lanterns.

New Sale Dates

In case anyone is unaware, this Saturday (July 23rd) Rose Hip will be CLOSED! We will reopen that following Saturday (July 30th) during our normal business hours (9 until 4ish) and we will follow that (every other Saturday) schedule through the summer.  We also have a sign posted outside of the store on the porch post with our sale dates.

Barn Sale Dates for the upcoming months:

August 13th 9-4

August 27th 9-4

We will miss you all next week but the wait will be worth it, as we have some really fab plans for the sale on the 30th....stay tuned.

New Tocca Here!

I am sooo excited! Today our Tocca box came, and not only did we restock our candles and fragrances- including new solid perfumes that come in an adorable little pot, we just got our hands on their newest beauty products, 3 fabulous new fragrances of body mist (perfect for summer) and lip gloss....eeek. That's my attempt at squealing with delight. Anyway, super great products...come in and check them out this Saturday!
