OPEN THIS SATURDAY

Just a quick reminder that we will be open this Saturday 5/5 and the following 5/12 from 9-4. We hope you can make it out and see all of our new finds for the home. We will have a few new large furniture pieces as well as many new small items including antique end tables and coat hook from France, gorgeous new light fixtures, dish ware, an antique rattan baker's rack, new art and many others! Come check it out!

Okay, so I wasn't able to post any pics to the blog tonight :( , sorry about that-the lighting in the barn was really dark and it just didn't work out. However, I did quickly take some pics of our new pieces with my phone and uploaded them to our twitter page @RoseHipBarn (link is on the right ------>). Better than nothing, I'll have good pics posted over the weekend.

Newsletter is HERE!!!!

Well it took just about a year but we finally got our newsletter together and for those of whom so kindly shared their email with us you should have received our First newsletter today! Pretty Perfect.

We are sooo excited for you all to come out and see the barn (and us) tomorrow, last Saturday the weather was pretty miserable so it was a bit of an off day and many of you couldn't make it out to see all of our new pieces. April and I are in complete agreement that the barn looks fantastic, in fact-in our opinion-the best it's looked yet. The new counter is stunning, Pat, Kevin, Jay and the rest of the Margera boys did a beautiful job with a custom built counter that couldn't be more perfect for us! Can't wait for you to check her out in person. As far as our furniture goes, I am speechless at how wonderful all of our reupholstered pieces look. Everything from fresh crisp linen to a punchy floral with stripes and then some. We took many of our most favorite antique and vintage pieces/sets and had them all redone in fabulous fabrics-I can't stop staring at them! Along with our gorgeous furniture we have acquired many amazing accessories and more coming in! Til' tomorrow, here are some pics to get you swooning ;)

Okay, here is a little preview of what we have planned for tomorrow's sale. Happy Holidays and Welcome 2012!

Hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and that this New year has started off well for all of you.  We have some wonderful changes happening here at the barn and we can wait to see what you think of the little makeover we have given her (I'll say no more).  Remember we reopen on Saturday JANUARY 21st from 9-4pm.

In the meantime, April has been busy taking Christmas down at the barn and packing it all away for next year.  It is always a little sad when it comes time to undecorate, but with that comes the anticipation for a fresh clean start, and a bit of reorganizing...at least in our case.  How about you, do you ever feel like reorganizing and starting fresh after taking Christmas down at home?

By the way, the Holiday House Tour photos that April mentioned on the Facebook page are coming soon, I promise.  A ton of pictures were accidentally deleted from our photo library and we have someone working on recovering them.  Sorry about that....it seems to be taking forever!

Don't Forget....

Just a reminder that TOMORROW is our last Sale day until JANUARY 21.  We will be open from 9am until 4pm, many of our items will be marked down for a Holiday Sale.  Tomorrow will also be the last day that we are running the Tocca and Velma Bag Special, with every Tocca or Velma Bag purchase you get a free signed "April Cooks" cookbook.  Otherwise, the cookbooks are available anytime for purchase at $10 each (a great deal).  Hope you all make it out, and we look forward to seeing you then.

Wow, we have jumped on the Facebook bandwagon. Check out our page, like us if you care to, or just stop over for store updates and such. As of now, April will be steering that ship, as I am clueless really...with Facebook that is. So pass it along to your friends and family, and don't forget to tell them to come in this Saturday for our final sale day before we close our doors until the end of January.

SALE DAY TOMORROW!

We are open again tomorrow from 9am-4pm, and we have some great new pieces in. We have recently started carrying Lila's famous jellies and jams. This is the best time of year to stock up on these delicious homemade preserves and for only $6.00 a jar, in a variety of flavors...you can't beat it.

Don't forget, there are still a handful of gifts available in our "surprise" gift room, they are only $15 so grab one while we have them. Also, with every Tocca or Velma's Bags purchase you will receive one of April's cookbooks for free, and she will personalize it too!

One of our newest pieces for sale here is Bam's cherry bomb red velvet sofa. This piece was a big part of Viva la Bam and has since retired to the barn. It can be yours for only $900, a steal considering he paid thousands for it. Come in and check it out!
